About Yukon Find
Yukon Find is a clean, community-based marketplace for Yukon residents. It’s the first place to check before buying new, ordering online, or scrolling through scattered Facebook groups.
How it works
- Sellers create a free profile and post listings with photos, price, and pickup area.
- Listings are reviewed by an admin before they appear publicly to keep things trustworthy.
- Buyers browse, search, and filter — then contact sellers directly by email or phone.
- Pickup, payment, and delivery are arranged between the buyer and seller.
Stay safe
- Meet in safe, public places when possible.
- Inspect items in person before paying.
- Avoid suspicious payment links — e-transfer or cash is most common locally.
- Don’t share unnecessary personal information.
- If something feels off, use the report button on a listing or seller.
For sellers
Yukon Find is free for sellers during the launch period. There are no commissions, no shipping calculations, no transaction fees — just a clean place to be discovered.
What’s next
Future versions will add favourites, in-app messaging, featured listings, business plans, and event pages for craft fairs and community markets — only after we’ve built enough trust and traffic in the Yukon community.
